Jaipur, Feb 8 (IANS) With an aim to promote eco-tourism and protect wild life, the Rajasthan government Wednesday cleared a proposal to declare 13,100 hectares of reserved forest land in two districts as a conservation reserve.
The land, in Raghunath forest block spread over Sikar and Jhunjhnu districts, will be named Shakambhari Conservation Reserve.
The proposal was cleared at a cabinet meeting held at the chief minister''s office here, an official said.
