Cold wave sweeps Delhi, schools asked to shut till Saturday (LEAD)
New Delhi, Jan 9 (IANS) The Delhi government has directed government schools in the capital to close till Saturday in view of cold wave conditions that brought temperatures down to 3.2 degrees Celsius Tuesday, a trifle warmer than the day before but still four degrees below normal.
