Who is Mohini and why is she after Tulsi??

I watched the first few episodes when Mohini meets Harsha (she looks way too older than Harsha and I never liked her because of her role in Kumkum)

Mohini is a fraud...she makes her living by marrying rich men...she married a certain Mr.Mittal for money,she perhaps was behind his death...atleast that's what Meera Singhania suspects.Tulsi knows her truth,so does Karan.

mohini is the new bad character in kyunki after ansh's death  n while she is married to harsh i read in the update that she is also married to someone as old as mr mittal while being a wife of Harsh. man i dont understand this girl at all.
