i like chai...,.but iam also addicted o it...

hmm..will try..but my head really aches very badly..it becomes intolerable for me thats the problem.

oh...same problem with you also..yes rajni u r right...even me-if i dont get atleast 1cup once ina day then i get very bad headache..
i think we should not stop taking tea ...but we shud try to reduce our tea intake slowly slowly..may be that may help
but i like tea..if i take it in less quantity then it feels lke to take some more n more...its very difficut yar to even reduce the intake quantity.
