I think Sumer heard zilch, it's too soon in the plot/storyline, for him to know the truth.
First Shagun will confide in evil Sheikha.
Then Shagun will get Sumer to hate her.
Then Shagun will get Sheikha to marry Sumer.
Then we will learn the truth about Sheikha that she is actually evil and working for Sonia and Shakti and them three are behind all this drama about brain tumour and all that.
Then Shagun will learn she is not dying.
Then Sumer will learn the truth and kick that ugly Sheikha out his house. 👏

yeah u were right, but em pretty sure shikha is not as evil as we all r thinkin. i mean she obviously loves Sumer but shes best frends w/shagun, too.
