Bunbutt-too Ji bahut public Tamasha ho gayi hai iss case mein.. I was expecting them to publish Pics even earlier..

I saw it on indiatv while flipping through the channels.

Thanks Shefali.. I am surprised  that no other channels are showing them..

Right now there is big breakthrough in the case.. Police hv found a imported Gin bottle at Talwar resident.. and they hv found both Aarushi n Hemraj's blood strain on it.. looks like Murder either touched the bottle or drank the Gin after committing these murders

FBI has sent the bottle to Lab  for further inspection.. they are try to find whose finger prints  are on bottle.. looks like case will be solved soon..

Huh? Everybody and his uncle has searched that house over and over and over and over again from day one. Now all of a sudden they find a bottle of gin with both the victim's blood on it in that extremely searched house!!! This is highly suspect.  Arun Kumar is retiring from the C.B.I. as reported yesterday on NDTV, could this be his way of going out in style specially after Nithari?

the gin bottle with blood stains was lying in the drawing room from day one, its not a new discovery.
remember noida police said that Dr talwar had alcohol after murdering hemraj and then went to murder arushi??

well that claim was because of this bottle of imported gin lying on a table in the drawing room and that too with blood stains.

the CBI had sent it for forensic examination and the reports have confirmed that these are indeed blood stains and the blood belongs to both arushi and hemraj.

hence the conclusion that after killing arushi in her bedroom and hemraj on the terrace the killer came into the drawing room and either touched this bottle or had gin from it.
now why would anybody do this is the question??

CBI finds crucial evidence in Aarushi murder case: Report

In a new development on Thursday, the CBI is said to have found some crucial evidence linked to the Noida double murder case, Headlines Today reported.

According to the report, when the Noida police recovered a bottle of scotch at the Talwars' residence, little did they know that it could be the most vital evidence in the Aarushi murder case investigation. The bottle reportedly had five sets of blood stained fingerprints on it.

The CBI detected the fingerprints on the bottle with the aid of ultra-violet torch, the report said. The blood stains were said to have been wiped out and were not visible to the naked eye.

Although, the CBI is yet to identify the blood stained fingerprints, forensic experts said the blood on the bottle belongs to Aarushi and Hemraj, the report added.

Aarushi, 14, was found dead in her Noida apartment on May 16. The police initially named missing domestic help Hemraj as the prime suspect but backtracked after his body was found on the terrace of the house the next day.

The CBI took over the case on June 1 after a public outcry over the shoddy manner in which the Noida police had conducted the investigations.

Zee News Exclusive: Talwars were not at home during Aarushi's murder

Zeenews Bureau

Noida (UP), July 05: Investigations carried out by Zee News have led to sensational disclosures in the Aarushi-Hemraj murder case. The prime accused in the twin murder case, Aarushi's father Dr Rajesh Talwar was not present in his L-32 house in Noida's Jalvayu Vihar on the fateful night of May 15 when the incident took place, a Zee News investigation found.

CBI sources have told the channel that on the intervening night of May 15, Rajesh Talwar and his wife Nupur were not present in their house. In fact, the Talwar couple had spent the night in a hotel in Delhi, where upto 12 rooms were booked in their name.

It is to be noted that Rajesh Talwar has been saying that he was present at his residence when the murders took place. Though the Zee News' disclosure could bail him out of the murder charge, these new facts effectively raise eyebrows on Talwar's involvement in the murder case, as he is not revealing his movement during that night indicating some foul play.

Zee News also found that Talwars' domestic help, Hemraj used to blackmail Aarushi, threatening to divulge her alleged relationship with a boy.

Sequence of events prior to the murders (as came to light during Zee News' probe):

On the May 15 night, Hemraj invited Krishna and Rajkumar ' the other two accused in the case ' to his room at Talwars' residence. An inebriated Hemraj, during the party, divulged Aarushi's secrets to Krishna and Rajkumar. The trio then went to Aarushi's room.

Seeing the trio, Aarushi tried to scream. But the trio killed her with a 'khukri' ' the theory which has been endorsed by the CBI.

Then, Krishna and Rajkumar, in a bid to save themselves, killed Hemraj as he was the only witness to the incident.

Somehow this report makes sense to me.. I simply could not digest the fact that 3 people entering home late night and killing daughter and man servant and parents who were sleeping just feets away don't even know that... if talwar's were out that night then why they did not disclosed the fact??
