In pakistan, it is allowed to do 2, 3 marriages without divorcing ur 1st, 2nd wives.. However u need to have the agreement of ur 1st wife ofcourse dat she is willing 2 live wid dat.. But nowdays, especially in the rural scene, it is very common to see that a man has like 2-3 wives and he keeps one in the village, one in the city and ofcourse he doesnt pay any attention 2 his wife in the village and all.. And since these village women are very poor they can not object, divorce or even leave thier husbands since the education level in women in pakistan is hardly 5%.. Especially in old ages, it is common to see well-off families man marrying again, a new young but poor girl..
What do u feel abt dis?? Is dis fair?? Shudnt the govt take sum action abt dis??
*Im not talking abt western countries, just pakistan and some of the eastern countries*
Everywhere else, men (and some women) have affairs to get around the law of having one spouse at a time.
It may also be their inability to deal with 2 MILs at the same time.

this is funny lighty. Nice way to explain how cheating scores over polygamy
I wonder why someone would choose to deal with up to as many as four sets of in-laws
Jokes aside, I feel there are other ways to help out distressed women now a days. Why would one need to marry them out of sympathy when one is married already
and having to cough up the meher four times
- out here, dahej pratha reverse mein chalti hai, so except the very rich you won't see too many going for a second wife while the first is still a wife
