Ashi was on her way to her friends when she noticed Suhaan sitting beside the lake, all alone

        "Suhaan?" she thought, "Should I go n ask him?" she hesitated a bit but finally went to him, "Can I sit here for a while?"

        "Huh?" as he looked up, "Why? Aren't your friends giving you enough company?" he asked harshly

        "Don't you think I should be the one asking this?"

        "Look that's none of your business"

        "Ok ok I got it, something surely has happened, isn't it?"

        "So? That's completely between us"

        "Fine, I would not ask any further. Can I say something?"

        "What?"

        "You know you look more handsome when angry" she stated

        "Are u trying to flirt with me?"

        "Am I? I don't think so"

        "Good for u, as I'm not……" he was cut

        "I know you are not interested in girls" she completed sitting beside him

        "Hmmm" she could sense his anger taming down

        "Can I ask you something more?"

"Ashi" he called as he caught her hand, her heart nearly forgot to beat by this act of his "I'm sorry" he signaled her to sit as she gained her sense back

        "That's ok" she said sitting down, "As I know you are a bit disturbed over something but that does not mean you can behave like this with me ever again" she warned smiling to which he smiled back

        "I can't promise" he said smiling, "Actually I should thank you"

        "Hmm"

        "You know I was in my worst mood ever, but you……."

        "So you keep on breaking your own records everytime, huh?"

        "What?"

        "I mean everytime you think it's the worst"

        "No I don't get this angry each time, actually someone said such a thing…….anyways"

        "About?"

        "About a girl" he said straight

        "What?"

        "Ah…….. nothing much, leave it"

        "Thanx" as they sat quiet for a few moments, "By the way, your third option was right" he spoke all of a sudden making her surprised

        "I guessed it some how" she replied, "Was it something serious?" as he smiled biting his lip, "Huh"

        "Well it was indeed serious for me, but…….later it became a matter of joke for my friends"

        "They teased you with that?" he nodded meekly, "That's rude"

        "It wasn't only rude; it was shameful too"

        "Were you in love with your classmate?" she asked

        "No not at all"

        "Then?"  

        "She was one of my Dids' friends"

        "So you were in love with her?" she asked surprisingly

        "No, I wasn't in love with anyone" he rejected loudly

        "Ok ok sorry"

"She tried to……." as Ashi waited impatiently, "You know what girls try to do to boys younger to them" he completed hurriedly

        "No, how would I know, I never did that to anyone" she stated

        "Off ho fine, she tried to act physical with me"

        "What?" she was shocked to the core, "How did you know that?"

        "I was a teenager then, not a stupid" as she stared at him, "She sat close to me, hugged me every now n then, knowing it very well that I wasn't comfortable at all"

        "May be she took you as a brother?" she suggested

        "Oh please, then why did she visit home when Dids was absent, n you know she even tried to……." he stopped

        "Tried to?"

        "Kiss me"

        "Did she?" she was all the more curious

        "What do you think?" she gave an awkward smile

        "So how did it all stop?"

        "Dids had caught her red handed, one day when she trying to get close to me"

        "Oh then?"

        "Then what? Dids gave a solid scold teamed with a tight slap across her face n she left"

        "Where is she now?"

        "Who cares?"

        "I wish I could punch her hard" she murmured

        "Did you say something?"

        "No……oh so that's why you had been sent to Boarding?"

        "How do you know that?"

        "Rahul told me where he had met you"

        "Oh ok"

        "Can't you forget that incident?"

        "But if someone falls for you now, will you accept her?" was her most important query

        "What makes you ask that?"

        "Umm……… nothing"

"I don't know why I opened it up to you?" he said, "But you were right, I'm feeling lighter" he smiled

        "Hmm so the moral of the story is…….. sometimes you should listen to someone else too"

        "Right" as they laughed

        "Did she kiss you?"

        "Why?" surprised was he

        "Just like that"

        "Hmm, she did" he answered after a moment, "But why are u asking that?"

        "Where?" as he was completely taken aback by this query of hers

        "What?"

        "Just tell me what I'm asking, where did she kiss you?"

        "Huh?" he smiled as she sternly looked at him, "On my cheek" 

        "Oh………..Like this" as she kissed him lightly on his cheek, shocking him like hell, he kept stunned for a moment or two, unable to react, amazed at her oh so daring act, "If you didn't like it much, you can gladly return it to me" saying she forwarded her cheek to him, making him all the more shocked

        "What the hell are you trying to do?" getting up instantly, "How could you even do that to me?" furious at her

        "Are you angry with me?" she asked

        "What? How can you even ask that? Ofcourse I'm" the thing which disturbed him more was her calm behavior after such a thing

        "So now tell me whom do u hate more – Me or that girl?"

        "What?"

        "Just answer me"

        "I don't know, just go away from here"

        "No, first answer me" she stuck to it, but he kept mum, almost fuming, "I'm just trying to say that…….."

        "Enough is enough; I'm bearing you for quite some time now" as he started to walk away

        "Fine then I'll go n say it loud that you had told me your much hidden secret" she teased

        "Don't you dare do that or I'll……." he warned but she showed him a thumbs down making him run after her but she was faster this time, while running his feet slipped on the mud n he fell down, his head got hit by a nearby stone resulting him in the water, "Ahhh" he murmured, last he heard was a loud scream that filled the air………..

        "Suhaaaaaaaaaaaan"
