Hi guys..my umpteenth time asking for help. I use PS 7, and I need to know how to keep the image quality the same when I'm animating in Imageready 7.0.

I also need to know how to add dash borders...and plain black/white ones for that matter...if someone could help, that'd be very much appriciated as I need to complete a bunch of requests, two of which require adding glitter.. 😳

Well...I just think you make a new raster lyaer then paste the pic and...make another raster layer and paste teh other pic and use the erasor tool... and play with the opacity options =]...But...I don't really know how to either I just... suck at using PSP lol

I have a question I had a virus on mii comp so it still works but some sites dont like photo bucket and imageshack and I want to upload a ANIMATED siggy and it only come sparkly when I upload it from imageshack and photoucket so is there any other site I can upload a ANIMATED siggy from??
