As far as I know...Mohini is a "citizen"of trinal lok..she helps bhujang and baba with distracting rudra so he will think Mohini is naagrajs daughter.(this way amrita will be safe)
I dont get the second point.She thinks Amrita has a secret.
Kanak is not free yet. Masa only found her through ambalika.
