I think prem will be the first one to know that heer is balraj daughter(not sure abt the name Smile ) from heer job application. Heer probably filled her fill name in the application and that's how prem will know abt her.

Wat do u guys think?

agreed...n this time even DJ wont be able to stop him,she can force Heer for nt telling the truth but she cant say anything to Prem.....
