And no, this is not a scene from the soaps, either.

The actor has made good his promise to quit serials by starring in his first Bollywood film, Aamir, directed by newcomer Rajkumar Gupta (who assisted Anurag Kashyap in No Smoking).

Aamir, the name literally means leader and our protagonist becomes a follower not because of faith, not out of zeal but out of 'fear'.

Set in the Muslim dominated, but poor, areas of Mumbai, the film explores the seedy life of the city through Rajeev's character, who finds himself lost in the streets
