In ancient period of Hindi or Adi Kaal (before 1400 CE), Hindi literature was developed in the states of Kannauj, Delhi

first Rajput kingdoms are attested in the 6th century, and the Rajputs
rose to prominence in Indian history in the ninth and tenth centuries.
The four Agni kula clans, the Pratiharas (Pariharas), Chauhans
(Chahamanas), Solankis (Chaulukyas), and Paramaras (Parmars), rose to
prominence first. The Pratiharas established the first Rajput kingdom

term Rajputra has been used since the time of Harshavardhana, however
the modern usage of the term refers to the descendants of the 36 major
clans who ruled western/central and north India. Names of these clans

National Capital Territory of Delhi is divided into nine districts.
Each district is headed by a Deputy Commissioner and has three
subdivisions. Each subdivision is headed by the Subdivision Magistrate.
All Deputy Commissioners report to the Divisional Commissioner. The
District Administration of Delhi is the enforcement department for all
kinds of State and Central Government policies and exercises
supervisory powers over numerous other functionaries of the Government.
