We recently had a contest at Book Talk forum where u all had to guess the quote.. And the quote was:

"...history is like a bloodstain that keeps on showing on the wall no matter how many new owners take possession, no matter how many times we paint over it."

The right answer was:

30 Days in Sydney, by Peter Carey.

And it was given by...

hey can you please remake the siggy.it says 'contest of the winner' instead of contest of the 'week' winner.someone made it in a hurry. LOL
