Can somebody plz tell me which program I shud download if I want to make those Avataars with all those different pix😳 Thanx in advance😃

i have it and i think there is a post that gives the link....check Download and install Jasc Animation Shop from here. Make sure that you also have another image editing software (such as this) to crop, resize and everything
