Again a campus shooting, for a change not involving physco by gangs

Feel sad for the family in grief. Looking at recent happenings on campus shootings, loss of life around us due to various reasons.

Who takes the responsibility individuals involved in the act OR upbrining OR Society OR lack of respect towards other human beings OR lack of live and let live atitude ? What do you think on a very general scale who and what is responsible? circumstances / timing Confused
