hai,

I'm trying to lose weight but i find it very difficult!!!Confused

Does someone have a tip to lose 2 kg in 1 week??Smile

uhhmm, eatt juss a LITTLE less food everyday,, but keep excersising, and dont go anorexic Embarrassed

Do:
- Drink plenty of water
- Spend at least half an hour twice a week/1 hour once a week exercising. It can be anything; biking, swimming, playing with little ones. I find that doing something you enjoy is better than forcing yourself to exercise, if you force than you will get less done.
- Eat foods that boost your metabolism: Spicy foods, green tea. I'd take it easy on the spicy foods though!

Don't:
- Drink soda and other liquids that contains lots of sugar
- Eat sweets or oil-rich foods (this includes anything fried in oil, mithai, chocolate, candy)
- Take drastic measures, such as skipping meals. Not eating only makes your metabolism faster, so that your body stores fat quicker. At least 4 meals a day (breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner) are recommended.
