Pari and Aryan discuss their future. Armaan and Raj are listening to their conversation. Pari's has visions of being the chairman's assistant. She tells Aryan that they (Aryan and Pari) will be compatible just like Jassi and Armaan. Aryan gets irritated with her; he asks Pari to shut up. Raj signals Armaan to leave. Both walk away from Aryan's cabin. Armaan angrily says that he wishes he could send Pari and Aryan to Registaan (Desert). Raj wants to send them to kabrastaan (graveyard). Armaan adds he wants to slap Aryan in front of the whole staff and in the board meeting. Raj clenches his fists and says not to talk but to do it. Armaan does not agree. He looks thoughtful and says that they need to wait and watch for Aryan's next step before rushing into things.
Jassi, Purab, Rohan and Nandu are sitting in a garden (picnic spot probably). Purab's cell rings but he does not want answer it. Jassi asks him why does he not switch off his cell if he does not want to answer it. On Jassi's insistence he takes the call. It is Aryan. He tells Purab that he has now got only one shareholder to tackle and after that he (Purab) can takeover Gulmohur. Aryan informs Purab that he (Aryan) will get the basic contract ready. Purab asks Aryan if he does not trust him. Aryan repeats what Purab had said about wanting the confirmation on paper (about the shares). Purab responds by saying that it seems that he (Aryan) has not met many trust worthy people. Jassi is quite surprised to hear Purab talking like this and wonders whom Purab is talking to. Nandu also seems interested while he munches on peanuts. Aryan reminds Purab of his promise that he will make Aryan the chairman after the takeover. Purab impatiently tells him that he has not forgotten about it. He excuses himself by saying that he is right now with his friends.
Pari wants to know whom Aryan was talking to. She asks Aryan if he called the buyer. Aryan looks irritated. To add to his irritation, Pari wants to know all about Purab. Aryan tells her that he needs one more shareholder and his work is done. He is going to leave office to get that done. As soon as he turns to pick up the file with faxes, Pari grabs his cell and checks out whom Aryan had called. She wonders who is Purab. She likes the name. Aryan is annoyed. He tells Pari that there will be a sealed envelope arriving for him and she should keep it safely in his desk and lock it. Pari looks and behaves in an excited manner. Aryan shouts at her to keep a solemn face to avoid suspicion. Pari tries to look solemn in a comical manner. She promises to do as Aryan says.
Jassi, Nandu, Purab and Rohan are relaxing in the garden. Purab suddenly asks Jassi what kind of guy Aryan is. Jassi and Nandu look at each other and are surprised. Nandu responds that Aryan is not a good man. He adds under his breath that Purab and Aryan are like brothers with respect to their characters. Purab explains that he met Aryan at a restaurant. Nandu again butts in. Rohan realizes that Purab and Jassi would not be able to interact with each other as long as Nandu is present. He innocently tells Nandu that he wants to go to the toilet. Nandu looks annoyed and does not want to get up. Rohan grabs his hand and makes him get up. Jassi asks Nandu to take care of Rohan. Rohan asks him to hurry or else Nandu will have to clean incase Rohan cant reach the toilet in time. Nandu angrily tells Rohan to go behind some trees since he can't find a toilet. He pulls his hand from Rohan's.
Rohan warns Nandu not to turn or leave but to guard the place, as Rohan is very shy.
Armaan asks Raj what will Mallika and his parents do when they come to know what Aryan has done and that over here (Gulmohor) people think he is drowning the company. Raj wants to expose Aryan but Armaan thinks that it is necessary to find out who the buyer is or else Aryan will find a way to twist things and escape. They need to first get proof. Raj does not agree and says that they have only two days left. He wonders if Jassi could be involved since she owns Kohinoor and Kohinoor owns Gulmohur. Armaan looks shocked; he tries to defend Jassi and says that Jassi could not do this. Raj asks him if he is sure because even Nandu was upset with them and he must be with Aryan. Armaan looks thoughtful
Raj calls up Nandu who is waiting for Rohan to finish his job. Nandu tells Raj that he is upset, so Raj should quickly tell him why he had called. Raj is interested to know why Nandu is upset. He asks if Jassi shouted at Nandu and that's why he is upset. Nandu refuses and ask Raj what work he had. Raj reveals to him that someone plans to buy Gulmohur. Nandu is amused and asks how can a company that has already been sold be bought again. He tells Raj that since Gulmohur is now with Kohinoor the buyer must come to him. Raj changes the topic and asks Nandu if Jassi's friend could be the new buyer.
Nandu is surprised and tells Raj that Jassi knows Purab only about two months. Raj's mind registers the name Purab. Armaan is listening to Raj's conversation. Armaan starts thinking about Purab and Jassi. He remembers Purab taking Jassi's and escorting her to a restaurant. He remembers Jassi and Purab at the docks, hand in hand. Armaan looks upset. Raj asks Nandu if he has any idea who the buyer might be. Nandu has no idea. Raj keeps the phone. Raj tells Armaan that there are two many takeovers happening. Aryan wants to takeover Gulmohur. Nandu is tensed because Purab is taking over Jassi. Armaan wants to know who is Purab. Armaan and Raj feel that every thing is connected. Armaan angrily says the connection is Jassi. He vehemently says that he won't let Gulmohur slip out of his hands. He repeats the same sentence with more confidence.
While Nandu is still waiting for Rohan to finish, Purab and Jassi take a walk Jassi asks Purab why he is doing so much for her. Purab believes that it is nothing; even Jassi is letting them stay in her house. Jassi smiles and replies that it is nothing. She is doing it for happiness of …………Purab does not let her complete the sentence; he smiles and says that even he is doing all this for her happiness.
Aryan tells Mallika that even though she has given him her shares she must also give her power of attorney to him. Mallika is surprised and asks why.
Aryan explains that he would need it so show to the seller of the land that Mallika has given him the permission to use her shares however he likes.
Aryan tells Mallika that he needs shares as security for land investment at Bangalore. She agrees. Pari and Aryan dash against each other, both look awkwardly at each other. Aryan leaves. Pari asks Mallika for two days off as she is planning to buy a new house. Mallika grants her two days off.
In Armaan's office, Raj slowly places four cards named Pari, Aryan, Jassi and Mr. Ajnabee (Stranger) on the table. They cannot figure out the connection. Mallika walks in. Armaan asks her where her shares are. He starts talking sweetly with her. Mallika is surprised. On questioning, she tells them that Aryan has gone to Bangalore for two days. Raj casually asks Mallika where she keeps her shares as he keeps them at his house. Mallika tells him that she expects that from him. She keeps her shares safely in the locker. She reveals that currently Aryan has taken shares as security for new land. Armaan and Raj look at each other in disbelief. Armaan mutters in disbelief that Mallika cannot do this. Raj angrily tells him that this has happened because they always thought that people were sweet and good. They need to take action before matters get worse.
Back at the Walia's household Rohan gets Purab Jassi and Nandu to play carom. Nandu tosses the coin and wins. He wants Jassi as his partner.
Purab's face falls. Jassi and Nandu arrange the coins excitedly. While they are gone, Rohan notices Purab's disappointment, he teases him that he
(Purab) loves Jassi and that's why he was upset that she was not his partner. Purab smiles.
Armaan calls up Mallika and tells her that he is sorry and has decided to change. Mallika falls for this line again. Armaan tells Mallika that he wants Pari as his assistant. Mallika is excited. Armaan wants to surprise Pari at Mallika's house by giving the news to Pari in person. Mallika looks happy.
Purab stares at Jassi while she is enjoying the game. Rohan takes the strike from between and gives the striker to Purab and asks him to fetch the queen.
Purab returns Rohan's mischievous looks. He aims and misses. Nandu tells Jassi that he wants to tell her something important about Gulmohur. Jassi is involved in her latest striker moves. She tells him that they will talk about it later. Nandu is taken aback and thinks that once she comes to know then he will see how shocked she is.
At Mallika's house, Armaan tells Pari that he wants her as his assistant.
Pari is shocked and looks trapped. She tries to wiggle out of it, but Armaan blasts a 'shut up!' he tells her that he has decided. Mallika is surprised that Pari is not happy. Armaan wants to test her loyalty. Pari looks tensed.
She wants to leave. Mallika grabs her arm and asks her to listen to Armaan.
Armaan threatens Pari to tell him who is buying Gulmohor. Mallika is stunned and asks what rubbish he is talking. Armaan ignores Mallika; his attention is wholly on Pari. He asks Raj to call the police. Hearing this Pari is terrified. Mallika notices this and asks Armaan to calm down, as this is her house. Armaan replies angrily that this is about their company. Pari swears that she knows nothing except that the buyer is Purab. Armaan does not believe that she does not know more. Raj grabs Armaan's arm. He gets him to the corner and tries hard to remember where he has heard the name Purab.
They realize that the Limousine person was Purab. Armaan looks shocked. He has flashbacks of Jassi and Purab. He slowly and shakily says that anything can happen now…
