How do i make my own avatar like w/ the pics changing bak n forth?? plz help me!!!.. Confused

u need a program like adobe photoshop or something.. not too sure..

okie n/m i figured out how 2 make it in the avatar signature shop but now da only prob i have is tat i dunt have paint shop pro soo if i gave some1 a few pics would they make me an avatar out of it?? plz plz plz?? Confused

u can use animation shop 3 too!
