K: lekin ranbir woh tumhare parivaar hai... agar woh nahi hote to tum nahi hote... hum kyun ye nahi karte... hum pretend karte hai ke hum engaged hai... jab alab pakra jaye ga tab mei wapas UK chali jawungi.. aur tum apne parivaar ke paas...

Ranbir looks away because he is hurt... he realises where Kanya is coming from... but how to make her understand that he loves her...

R: Kyat um pretend karpaogi... mei tume saaf saaf boldeta hun... mei koi pretending nahi karunga... mei bikul serious hun aur agar tum pretend karna chahti ho to teekh hai lekin jab alab jail ke peeche hoga ye sagai tume torna parega kyunki mei nahi torunga.... mei tumse pyaar karta hun aur apne parivaar ko hamare beech ane nahi doonga...

Ranbirs phone rings....

R: haan mom... teekh hai... mei use kehta hun... ok mom... bye...(he hangs up and turns to Kanya) aaj raat tum aur harry hamare ghar are hai ho...

K: kya lekin kyun?

R: pata nahi lekin mom ne harry se baat karli...

K: ok... mei hotel jarahi hun...

Ranbir gets to the car and see's his face... he wipes his tears... just as he's about to enter the car he hears the squeal of car breaks and a thud... he turns and see's that someone has been hit.... being a first aider he rushes to the scene of the accident and finds....

R: KANYA....

Ranbir rushes to where Kanya is lying... there is blood everywhere.... ranbir picks her up and takes her to his car and puts her in the back seat.... he drives to the hospital like a lunatic.... and carry's her in

R: DOCTOR... KOI HAI... HELP....

The nurse rushes and they put her on a stretcher and wheel her to the examination room.... Ranbir calls his mom and Harry... just then the doctor comes out....

D: We have to operate on her... I'm sorry but due to the injuries to her abdomen... we couldn't save the child... we are operating to remove the placenta...

Ranbir stands there shocked....

As time goes by they all wait sitting and pacing waiting for the doctors to come out... after 2 hours...

KC: hi aunty... sorry hum iss circumstances mei mile hai...

M: pehle kaho... kanya teekh hai...

KC: surgery successful tha... ab sirf ye dekhna hai ke woh kitne waqt ke baad hosh mei aati hai... jitni jaldi itna acha hoga....

R: lekin koi aur injuries...

KC: Ranbir... hum physical injuries toh sambhaliye... lekin emotional aur psychological injuries usse severe depression mei jasakti hai... dekhna ab ye hai ke woh is situation ko kaise handle karti hai... aap sub log ko usse behad pyaar dena hoga...

H: thank you doctor... hum Kanya ko pyaar denge aur sahara bhi....

KC: Take care... agar kuch bhi ho... reception ko kehna muje page kare...

M: ok beta... thanx...

R: when can we go see her?

KC: abhi woh recovery mei hai... jub woh ward mei shift hogi tub tum log jasakte ho...

Dr. KC departs with kanya's case weighing heavy on her mind.... while the rest all wait for kanya to be shifted to the ward.... after another sluggish hour kanya is finally shifted to the private ward.
They all go and sit in the room until the nurse comes and tells them that they need to leave...

R: aap log jao... mei yaha bhet tha hun...

H: Ranbir tume araam ki zaroorat hai... mei hoon....

R: nahi... ab mei kanya ko nahi chodunga.... agar park mei uske saath jata to ye sub nahi hota.... mei yaha rahunga ....

M: teekh hai beta... harry tum log chalo... agar kuch hoga ranbir hame phone kardega...

Harry goes and kisses his sisters forhead...

Ranbir breaks down and cries with his head on the bed next to kanya 😭 ... On the other hand Kanya wakes up and hears someone crying 😭 😭 😭 ...

R: Kanya... (shouts) Nurse she's awake... Kanya tum teekh ho naa....

The Nurse comes in and behind her KC...

R: 😕 ok lekin woh teekh hojayegi...

KC: woh sirf Allah ko pata hai... jo uski marzi... lekin mei poori koshish karungi...
