Coffee is a stimulant but it certainly doesnot reduce risk of parkinson's or Alzheimer's.  I just donot get why articles mislead people.  Can you send me the link to this article please???  In fact if someone has a weak stomach too much coffee gives ulcers.Ouch

I would love to send you the article, but unfortuantly, i cant, because i got it out of Reader's Digest, a popular magazine. I am not sure if this is completely true, it may not be, but it may work out for some body types, since everyone's body is different. Wink
