i dosent mean it give more strength but it does contain few important thing which are essential for body ...

no doubt veges also give u many .. but not all ...

Well Am a Veg. But i dont disagree wid the point that we r killing animals for food......Animals hav some kind of things that r essential for our body..........And there iz no harm in killing animals for food .........

i'm a non-veg but i can eat vegetarian foods
