Method:

Heat the oil in a wok, add the mustard seeds.
Now add the sliced onions and the green chillie.
Stir fry the onion for half a minute.

Give a thorough rollover to the veges once or twice.
Add little water and cover the wok and reduce the heat
To a medium cook slow. Turn the veges once or twice
In 15 minutes time. When three fourth done, add the
Chillie and tumeric powder and salt to taste.
Stir fry nicely and add the lime juice.
There should be no water content left in the subzi.
Remove and serve with rice or roti.

Wow! Sue akka, you are a gem, nice recipe opor ayam.
Akka I should thank you from the bottom of my heart.
From the time I started this thread you have been regularly posting recipes.Thanks akka, this motivates me to post more recipes.

I am grateful each and every one who has been contributing recipes to make this thread a success.

You're most welcome Vani... Big smile  Big smile . I agree with you the Pandan Chicken /Mutton Pickle is so mouth watering. But then only two pieces of Pandan Chicken were served on the platter....how are we all going to dig into it??? Kavi...idhu romba too much...serve more the next time pls.....!!LOLEmbarrassed

Thanks Jas for the nice recipe.
Recently when I was in U.S I drank so much of carnberry juice and ate lot of carnberries. I simply love them. I doubt we can get it in Malaysia. We also made cranberry sauce for the roast chicken. Immm

Jas thanks a lot for the nice recipe.
The mention of EVOO brought back memories of
me sitting in front of the idiot box watching
the food channel with Rachel Ray and her 30 minute meals.
