acne problems

hey

i'm a teenage and i've been suffering a lot with acne,i've been using almost every product on the market and herbal and natural stuff!!!but believe me all this stuff doesn't work!!!maybe it works for some people....but it doesn't last for a long time!!!every1 told me that it could be my diet(chocolates,sweets,stuff like that)so i stopped and my acne still didn't get cleared up!!!!

my best advice to all people suffering with acne problems is to go to a dermatologist,its the best way to deal with acne,now my acne is cleared up,and my face looks and feels great!it could be a bit costly,but its totally worth it!

and my dermatologist said that acne doesnt come from our diets,ways of health,life styles and all the other myths about acne,its actually a medical problem that needs to be sorted out with real medication!!

so,if you suffering with acne problems consult a dermatologist a.s.a.p!!!stop wasting your money on all the other products!!

^thanks for the advice ...i am also a teen adn i have acne, but not tooo much..(not now anyways).i have been using Cleracyl (dotn know if i spelled it right)..adn it really does work...dermatoligist would be good to see..
and if you do have acne problems..dont freak out acne is a normal part of puberty and i am sure every one of your age has them or will

alhamdullaih i have healthy glowing skin ... pepz always ask me how i keep my face so spot free ... itz simple really i drink lots of water

my little sis has acne but itz got better ever since she cut out eating too much junk esp chocolate!

chocolate does not cause acne it is stress and oily foods

its basically when u break out into pimples on your face,and sometimes neck and back constantly.its very common among teens.
