Pick color for a sari

My friend is getting married (in India) in a couple of months, and is unable to decide on the color of the sari to wear in the Reception. Her reception is going to be held in open air at night. I think peach or blue would look good at night...Can you suggest some other colors? Smile

night well u need to go for a colour which will stand out, first of all are u more in favour of:
pastals
bright colours
or darks?

and what kind of sari are you opting for, the traditional banarsi or summat with gems on?

For night, i would go for something light with crystals/rhinestones or something, you know? Embarrassed

I think that way the person along with the sari would stand out more, and recieve complaments! Tongue

I think pastels or bright colors will be her choice, and her sari will be more on the fancy side with gems etc on it.

She is neither fair nor dark...more of a medium complexion

I would choose dark pink......mostly because that is my fav color Tongue
