Filter Option in Inbox/Outbox

i was wondering if it would be possible to have a filter system whereby we can search our inbox/outbox concerning a certain mail by username. Somtimes i write pms and then in a the future i wanna read it again (request for contest) and end up trawling the pages.

yes..could also have a search in the PM by the subject. Sometimes for contests, the entry PMs are scattered and it takes for ever to find them!!
