Do you have a tribute to Ray Gravell?

People across the world are paying tribute to Welsh rugby legend Ray Gravell, who has died at age 56.

Gravell won 23 caps for Wales and made the 1980 Lions tour to South Africa, playing in all four Tests.

After finishing playing rugby, Gravell carved out a new career as a broadcaster and an actor in both the English and Welsh languages.

He has been described as a "tremendous loss to the cultural and sporting life of this nation".

What are your memories of Ray Gravell? Do you remember him as a player or a more as a broadcaster? How much of an ambassador was he for rugby? Was he one of your greatest Welshmen?Edited by Pensacola.S_02 - 16 years ago
