Remember we used to have MOTW's every week……….i bet u r missing that grilling part now…….😉

 

 

But not to worry…I m back…n so will be the grilling-shriling……..😆

Meet Pilau😃

MEAT PILAU

 

Step one

500 g mutton or beef cubed…cut into pieces

cup chopped tomatoes (small pieces)

1 teaspoon ginger

1 teaspoon garlic

2 cups waters

1 chopped onion

2 teaspoon salt.

teaspoon pepper chopped

 

Step two

2 cups rice

4 tablespoon oil

2 tablespoon ghee

6 small potatoes peeled

1 teaspoon cumin seed

4 cinnamon sticks

3 (cardamom)

I medium onion sliced

3 cloves

I tablespoon coriander leaves

1 teaspoon salt

Teaspoon.—small spoon

Tablespoon—big spoon

Mix all step one… meat..(Washed) tomatoes pepper ginger garlic, onion salt, 2 cups water…cook until meat it is done. Water should not dried up…if it water is dried up..add 2 cups more water

Clean and wash rice…

Put oil ghee, add onions cook for 5 min…add cloves cinnamon, cardamom cumin seeds..stir fry…in a pan.. until onion becomes brown…add the meat mixture which was made in step one…cook for 5 min…

Put rice into the mixture. add potatoes coriander leaves and 3 cups water, salt and

Cloves and cook on medium heat untill al the water is absorbed and rice is cooked..(Water is evaporated)..pilau is done

Serve with cachumber and yogurt
