Whether it's the Blueline buses in Delhi or the BEST buses in Mumbai, rash driving has come under the scanner.

With the number of causalities increasing, do you think these bus drivers should be penalized for negligent driving?

Good point. But if you ask the drivers they will blame poor working conditions, poor pay, traffic etc. A very few people wants to kill others consciously. If you blame just the drivers that will be wrong.

Making a law would not stop anything. See some countries have strict laws, still they could not stop rash driving.

In India, people do not cross where they are supposed to. They stop their car anywhere. Now if any of these suddenly happen accident is bound to happen.
