Tara is the daughter of Vadhera, a business tycoon.. Tara comes down to Mumbai from New York. Kamini introduces Vadhera to Vishesh. Vadhera helps Vishesh financially when Vishesh is in need of  finance. Kamini wants Adi to marry Tara. Tara is very sweet in the beginning. But later when Adi calls of his wedding with Tara, and get married to Chandni she shows her true colours and creates serious problem between Adi-Chandni. However she fails in the end.
