Why call Khwaish Khwaish?

Doesn't this thought accur to you? The 1st time I heard about Khwaish, I thought that the main leads name is gonna be Khwaish but it turned out to be Afreen then why is Khwaish called Khwaish? The title doesn't really match the show stroy? Does it?

Yea, Insanity got it right, that's what I was gonna say too, in the beginning, she had the khwaish that her sister's get all their dreams fulfilled, but as the show led on, her khwaishein grew, khwaish to be with her love, to have a family, and then after kabir died, to fulfill all his wishes and to support his family like he wud've if he were alive.
