How many of us actually exercise everyday? Just cuz its Ramadan or any other reason, it doesn't mean we should quit exercising. As you know you end up gaining more weight if you stop exercising.
So, lets all post what we did today that was an exercise! It can be a walk, jog, mowing the lawn... e.t.c.!
