Bidaai to get a bidaai in November?

Bidaai is set to bid goodbye very soon. If sources are to be believed then the show will wrap up in the second week of November.

A source informs, "The show is all set to wrap up around November 13. It has been around for three years and recently completed 700 days. A number of changes were brought into the script. The rumour was on for quite some time now but Star Plus has now decided to pull it off air. The current TRPs have been ranging around 3.5-4 which by no means are a reason considering that it has always managed to stay in the list of top 5 shows on Star plus. However, the channel plans to launch a new show in that time slot which is why a sudden decision was taken up."

When contacted, Angad Hasija, one of the actors of Bidaai, seemed clueless. He said, "I have absolutely no idea about the show going off air. The production house has not informed us anything yet. This is news to me."

Shakuntalam Telefilms' or Sphere Origins' next is expected to launch in its place

Apoorva Agnihotri and Parul Chauhan in the serial
Competition's getting fierce and channels are going all out to fight each other. Serials that aren't doing well are shown the door in no time.

And now serials that are doing well too are getting axed in a bid to start newer shows to boost gross rating points (GRPs). There's buzz that the three- year-old Sapna Babul Ka... Bidaai will go off air next month and the channel's looking to replace it with a new show in the prime-time slot. The serial actors are hoping there's no truth to the buzz.

Parul Chauhan, who plays Ragini, said, "I have heard these rumours, but the cast hasn't received any formal notice regarding the show going off air." She added, "Our show has always received good TRPs, so I don't see why it should be shut. Usually when a serial ends, the production company notifies the cast and crew a month in advance, and this hasn't happened in our case. So we guess somebody is spreading these rumours."

Actor Kinshuk Mahajan, who is currently doing Chaand Chupa Baadal Mein, has been keeping his love life under wraps. Kinshuk has always maintained that he is single despite having a girlfriend.

She's not from the industry and one has never seen her at telly parties or events. But the two are getting married soon, we hear. Recently there was a roka too that took place. But Kinshuk would still like to maintain that he is single! We wonder why! Is it because of the fear of losing out on his female fan following? If that's the case, it's indeed hilarious because on television it doesn't really matter whether an actor is single, dating or even married.

Maybe Kinshuk has got influenced by his colleague from BidaaiAngad Hasija, who kept his marriage a secret for a very long time! What's wrong with these guys? It seems like they are taking their fame a bit too seriously. Honestly, the women are not bothered we would like to tell them.

One of the most loved young television actors in the industry now is Kinshuk Mahajan. The actor, who got popular with his character Ranvir in Star Plus show 'Sapna Babul Ka Bidaai', is no more single. He has always maintained his single status in public forum but now it is revealed that Kinshuk is already engaged.

Kinshuk, who has recently entered Star Plus' new show 'Chand Chupa Badal Mein', has chosen a girl from outside entertainment industry. The mystery girl was never seen at any telly parties or events. So, no one has idea about her background and identity.

However, the couple is reportedly tying the knot very soon and a 'roka' ceremony was performed recently. But Kinshuk has not come out of his single image yet. There is no declaration about the marriage from his side yet.

Is he worried of losing his female fan following? Well, if this is the case then Kinshuk should not think much about it because in television industry, it hardly affects the fan following of an actor whether he is married or single. Earlier, Angad Hasjia, who was Kinshuk's co-star in 'Biddai', also maintained the single status for around two years even when he was married. He was afraid of losing fans just at the start of his career. So, is Kinshuk following the path of Angad?

A day after we saw actor Ashmit Patel cry over his lost love on national television, he was seen getting naughty with TV actress Sara.

It all started when Ashmit was trying to fix a rope used to hang clothes. Sara offered to help him and then what followed was there for everyone to see. Ashmit tried to 'naughtily' entrap Sara with the rope, to which the lady got super excited. Ashmit even said, "Kapde utaaro na (Take off the clothes)" which was meant for the rope ofcourse, but the girl flushed. She tried to do the same with Ashmit in return. Since there were other housemates around, Ashmit mellowed down shortly but lady Sara refused to let go of her rush of emotions. She even said, "Karne do na." After several failed attempts to sideline the lady, Ashmit told her, "This is how it starts and then you regret it for the rest of your life." Wonder what he meant by the statement.

Ashmit even confessed on the show yesterday that the controversial MMS was shot by his new phone. It got leaked when he gave the phone for repair! Some confession there!

Sapna Babul Ka Bidaai

The famous Indian soap 'Sapna Babul Ka Bidaai' will hit its final track in November as the show will go off air by the 13th of November. Even though the talks about stretching the show further were in negotiation with the channel Star Plus however the final decision had the show being pulled off and other shows being introduced.

Insider sources revealed that the news initially making rounds was that Bidaai will be extended till the month of March but then the channel changed the decision and instead opted for closing the show at a good note as the serial was drawing good ratings.

The channel did not want that the serial should be simply dragged about and left on a critical note also the another cause of closing down the show comes in the form of the crispness lacking from of the storyline.

Therefore the final decision was that the show was cancelled until the term of March and was instead scheduled to be wrapped up within November possibly on the 13th. For more information Angad Hasija was inquired about the entire thing for which he said that he had no information about developments and was confused enough to make any comments about this.

Sulagna Panigrahi on the other hand confirmed to the fact that the channel has declared that the show will finally come to a halt by the 13th of November and that the notice of extension has been cancelled. The producer of the show Rajan Shahi did not comment upon this issue.
