Salaam Namaste Dostos!

How are you all doing? Well, we are back with a new contest of the week. Its a Quiz!

You will need to pm your answers to: H&F_Masti

Here are your 3 questions & choices:

1)  What's the best form of exercise?
 a) aerobics
 b) a combination of cardiovascular exercise, strength training and stretching
 c) yoga
 d) working out with weight machines

2)  When you lift weights, you should breathe as follows:
 a) hold your breath as you're lifting
 b) inhale as you're lifting
 c) you don't need to pay attention to your breathing
 d) exhale as you're lifting

3)  When should you do your stretching exercises?
