Myth,

There is a saying... 2 wrongs don't make a right. If the administrators can't correct their loan system doesn't mean that they should stop giving awards to those who bring pride and glory to the country just because they missed their KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) somewhere else. That doesn't sound right. I am not absolving the same administrators of their misdeeds. But it is one thing to identify a few chosen award deserving ones than weeding the needle from the haystack of farmers who are creditworthy. In absence of a credit rating system, I can see how awesome that task could be. To me, creating the election identification card is a step in the right direction which hopefully, in future, will give way to more systematized menthod of establishing identification of creditworthy people and a system of follow up and follow through.

But if I was an administrator, I wouldn't wait for that day to happen to reward the deserving peopleBig smile. Maybe it is my captalist instinct here speaking but I do believe in the "survival of the fittest" theory.Big smile

Just a point of viewWink.

And also, USA is not a country of foolish people to invest billions in a country of MORONSWink.

Indian Cricket Board is the most wealthiest  one in the world and it is not a Govt. Organization.Yes, it is peoiple's money but not collected as tax.  After the commercialisation of the Cricket they got this much money. Please think about the old cricketers, some of them are not well off. Govt.s offers are only offers at least in the case of Kerala.  Some of the back dated promises are yet to fulfill.

Arrey ye to debate thread ban gaya LOL

Myth, I don't mind the monetary rewards being given to these players (except the 10 lakhs to Agarkar Confused ), but I do agree that our administrators should show the same speed when it comes to announcing relief measures and when allocating funds for essentials.

@ what did Pakistan get - I think by now Indian and Pakistani players should be used to these kind of reactions and not worry about them too much, but what upset me more was their not getting any prize money for being runners up.

New couple Kareena-Saif live it up in Mumbai

Archita Kashyap / CNN-IBN

New Delhi: They are Bollywood's hottest couple these days, and they're making no effort to hide the fact that they like having a good time.

Bachelor-again Saif Ali Khan and recently-single Kareena Kapoor have surprised everyone by hooking up and partying hard.

In the past few weeks, the couple has been spotted on several occasions, dining together or just hanging out.

What's surprising is the fact that they don't seem to care about the prying paparazzi.

Why else would Saif show up publicly on the sets of Sa Re Ga Ma to pick up Kareena who was there as a special guest on Friday?

Why else would they choose fairly public places like Zenzi in Bandra, or the J W Marriott in Juhu to hang out at?

Freshly-split from Shahid Kapur, her boyfriend of over four years, Kareena celebrated her 27th birthday on Friday with a small party for select friends including Saif.

The chote nawab for his part, has been single for months now, since his break-up with girlfriend Roza. The actor has, since, been linked to Bipasha Basu and Dia Mirza.

Saif and Kareena were last paired together in J P Dutta's LOC, which tanked at the box-office.

Both extremely temperamental individuals, they didn't quite hit it off until recently, while shooting for Yash Raj Films' Tashan.

Incidentally, Kareena's elder sister Karisma herself worked with Saif in an as-yet-unreleased film Loveria many years ago. Bollywood insiders say Karisma and Saif barely exchanged pleasantries while working together.

Rumour has it, Kareena's ex-boyfriend Shahid Kapur has taken the split badly.

Shooting in Canada currently for Aziz Mirza's Lucky Charm with Vidya Balan, the actor is said to be devastated by stories of Kareena's hook-up with Saif.

Shahid and Kareena have a day's shooting still left for their new film Jab We Met which releases in October. Suffice to say, it will be an awkward day on the sets for both.
