We would like to raise our voice against the anti-hindu program relayed by Headlines Today on Ram Sethu where lots of stupid questions were poured out by the news anchor Zakka Jacob to the interviewee Praveen Tokadia

a) Praveen Tokadia clearly said he is not protesting the project but opposing the destruction of the Ram Sethu bridge. After this clear statement also, Zakka was asking why he is stopping the project that is beneficial to the lively hood of people around by protesting against it.

b) Zakka went on asking questions, and when Tokadia was trying to reply, he was stopping him saying he hardly have any time and abruted him from talking when Tokadia started to put his 4 points

c) After some repeatedly plea from Tokadia to allow him to talk, Zakka reluctantly gave few seconds. Tokadia was mentioning about the rare Thorium that is useful for power generation for the country. Before he could complete, Zakka was asking whether it is right to build nuclear bombs from thorium when Tokadia never meant of any destructive usage of the atomic material.

All the questions asked were stupid. Questions asked were like "Have you gone to Rameshwaram and seen Ram Sethu", "Do u think Archeological department of india is lying?", etc

It's unfortunate that India Today picks up people from Pro-political party TV News Channels and allow them to ask stupid questions by appointing them in their own channels. Sad that not a single question made sense. We have watched several news programs in different channels in the past. This is the first time where we observe violation of the basic rules of journalism [which is all about asking fair questions, allowing people to talk, listening to people and responding sensibly to them]
