As it is now clear that armaan will be paired with both ridz n angi ......... n sapna is busy with DR shubhankar....... then wat abt poor atul?????? with whom he will be paired?😕

u know what, i really have no idea. it would be cool, if if fall for a patient. i'd luv to see that 😃 i can already picture atul singin luv songs in the locker room and while checkin up with patients 😆

i have the feeling that maybe atul might go with ridz coz u know aarman will fall for anji too, n ridz might be heart broken(coz aarman left her n now going out with her sis) so she might decide to marry atul 😕 lol i dont where this marriage comes from n then aarman will realise that ridz is the one for him 😆
