Who is reponsible for decisions?

Take a deep breath... now read further.

Actions by  humans are due to circumstances or thinking. Thinking is nothing but genetic reaction.

So humans are basically dependent on genes and circumstances to make any decision. Agreed?

Both these things are out of our control, implies we are just robots working on super natural power who created us.

Nothing more then a machine / a PC, feed info and based on info decisions are made. For eg. Child who has no moral training is menance to the society.

Debate : Human brain is like CPU in computer acts and makes decision based on knowledge fed. Influencing the decision are circumstances, that no one has control... so bascially we are machines. We should not blame a machine for negative actions, its not in hand of machine. Are all humans innocent and its uncontrolleable fators that make then do the wrong?

Are you kidding me 😆 😆   what about people whose parents don't inculcate morals etc, still they turn out to be individual with morale. In most cases people who opt for substance abuse are very well aware of consequences. Human brain cannot be termed as some machine working on info fed to it.
