there fgood for entertainment and everythign but the amount you play should be kept to a minimum. you shouldn't get completely obsessed with them

What type of video games are you talking about? I play DDR, which is a dancing game, for about 1 hour a day and I play other games (PS2, Gamecube, NDS) for about 3 mins if I have time.
