if counting sheep, watching boring movies doesn't work, u need some more Sunlight dear! coz walking in the sun per day is good for ur body and u'll def fall asleep easily π
try that or as priya said think of someone special, imagine cool stuff and dream karte karte you will fall alseep π
or just close ur eyes, try to think what u'll wear the nex tday, what u wanna do etc and sochtey sochtey u will fall asleep.. guaranteedπ
