i cant sleep - Page 2

hmmh Pinky darling.. listen... u have to discover first why u can't sleep! I mean what keeps u awake... what symptoms do u have more.. are u eating less or more.. are u daydreaming etc.. kahin pyaar to nahin hua😉 😉 😉 first think of that and when u know what's the reason for u being imsomniac, find a solution then!

if counting sheep, watching boring movies doesn't work, u need some more Sunlight dear! coz walking in the sun per day is good for ur body and u'll def fall asleep easily 😉

try that or as priya said think of someone special, imagine cool stuff and dream karte karte you will fall alseep 😉

or just close ur eyes, try to think what u'll wear the nex tday, what u wanna do etc and sochtey sochtey u will fall asleep.. guaranteed😉

LOL i figured out the problem.these days i wake up at 2:30 so i think thats y lol
