I always mix a little milk in with my ommletes- the way my mum does and infact they taste better-a different favour! Big smile

Some times I mix some milk or some time some coconut and curry leaves while making omlets. but surely I try this one.

oooooh you put basil in your eggs?!! i should try that! i love basil .. and milk is always good! makes them fluffier :]

Yes it tastes gr8 with little milk and in fact makes it fluffier. Smile
