80% girls out of 100 all worry about there weight thinking they are over weight when there not!!! – So if you feel you need to lose just couple of pounds there is no need to go on diets as diets can be very dangerous just exercise and be more active that way you will lose any excess fat and keep the extra weight off.
Sometimes going on and off diets can slow down your metabolism and make your skin all weird and baggy and trust me you wouldn't want that. But you still want to lose weight through eating less etc, do it properly!!!
Example
Breakfast: Always start the day with a glass of water (if your new to this don't worry you will get used to it) and then have a bowl of cereal with semi skimmed milk
Snack: (always eat every 3 to 4 hours that way you wont crave junk food) have a fruit or a piece of cheese and a glass of water (tip – apples are very good as they cut cholesterol and the smell of an apple is really de-stressing)
Lunch: Try to avoid sandwiches and pasta and eat salad etc. But if your anything like me and you cant stand salad, then have two medium slices of brown / whole-wheat bread with really thick but healthy filling, (I have chunky cucumber slices with low fat mozzarella cheese – healthy: protein, calcium and fibre) and a piece of fruit and of course a glass of water (try to avoid tea and coffee not good for you in anyway)
Snack: have a fruit or vegetable and accompany that with a protein based food e.g. cheese, couple of nuts, plain natural yoghurt (this will help stop any craving for sweets and junk food)
Dinner: (make sure this is the smallest meal of all; never go to bed straight after you have eaten as you will definitely gain weight) have a meal with carbohydrate, I have two tablespoon of rice with 1 tablespoon of curry, this might not sound like a lot but it is) and of course a glass of water.
Exercise:
Try to exercise at least 3 times a week if you can't do 5, and rest on the other two days. Here is what I do (as an example):
Mon: Stepper
Tues: Dancing
Wed: Stepper
Thurs: house cleaning (as even housing cleaning can be classed as exercise if you move a little more)
Fri: Pilate
When you get up in the morning do 10 sit-ups (don't necessary have to do 100) and some morning stretches.
Throughout the day keep your stomach in every time you remember this will help it to stay in and be as active as you possibly can.
Diets can be enjoyed:
Who says if you're on a diet you can't have chocolates, cakes etc!!! Well good news you can, in moderation, once every week when you feel you have done well treat yourself to a chocolate bar and when you go out with friends and family eat what you want but only once a week, if you already had a pizza on Tuesday don't eat nay other junk that week etc.
Be happy with life, they only way you can really lose weight is when you love your body and you believe in yourself
Try what I have said and if it doesn't work please feel free to criticise me ill welcome your criticism with open hands
Ps I have been following this and I have lose 2lbs alhamdulilah and If I can do it (very addicted to chocolates lol) so can you!!!
Good luck
