Ya the spammers and advertisers going on in full control recently is been a lot of problems in every forum but i don't think ur idea is good enough as we all are here to have fun and share ideas which won't be possible if posting topics is not allowed....

No, because an IP is PERMANANT. You can't change it. Ouch And plus, I don't like it when you get banned by an IP, because any brothers or sisters who share the computer and go on I-F, they will be banned for no reason. Ouch

My stupid sister got banned by IP-Address Angry Ouch Lolz...went through alot to get back on I-F. Cry
