PART 33:

Angad held Prateek in his arms; he showered him with kisses and gave him a tight hug. Prateek seemed to enjoy that display of affection and giggled loudly. He blew raspberries on Angad's face. Angad enjoyed getting showered with Prateek's drool on his face. He then wiggled his nose against Prateek's nose, the little boy laughed loudly and patted his little palms on Angad's face. Angad kissed his palms and pretended he was going to gobble them up. Kripa's heart melted at the sight of father and son bonding so effortlessly.

Angad looked at Kripa and came close to her. His eyes were moist, but he had a smile on his face, "Kripa…tumhara Angad ap poori tarah tumhara hone aa gaya hai…..ab aadha adhoora nahin…..main poora tumhara hi hoon….."

Kripa could not control her tears, and buried her face in his chest, "Angad…tum mujhsey door gaye hi kab the…..," she whispered

"Tho phir itni badhi saza kyon di mujhey….itney din tumhey dekh bhi nahin paaya….na baat kar paaya…." Angad held Kripa and Prateek tightly in his arms.

"shayad yeh meri hi kamzori thi Angad…..tumhara pyaar main kisi sey baantna nahin chahti thi…..par tumney yeh dikha diya hai ki pyaar baantney se kam nahin aur zyaada ho jaata hai…..ab dekho Prithvi ko…. kitna badal gaya hai……yeh sab tumharey pyaar se hi hua hai….."

Angad kissed her head and kept stroking her hair. They stood there as a threesome for a long time, till Prithvi came in, "cough….cough……kya family reunion hai….camera kahan hai mera?"

Angad and Kripa looked up, wiping their tears.

"sorry Prithvi…..tumhey dekha nahin…" Angad said

"I know I know…..ab Kripa aur Prateek mil gaye hain tho main kya cheez hoon…" Prithvi chided

Angad and Kripa laughed and walked towards him.

"Prithvi…thanks for everything…..tumney jo kiya hai hamare liye….main kabhi nahin bhoolungi…"Kripa said

"Bhabhi….main itna bhi kamzor nahin hoon ki apney bhai ki sabsay badhi khushi usey wapas na doon…." Prithvi patted Angad's shoulder.

"Chalo bahi….bahar mandap saj gaya hai…abhi tak yahin ho tum log?" Dilip walked in

"Mandap?" Angad and Kripa said simultaneously

"Haan bhai…aaj do do shaadiyan hain ghar mein…aur tum log tayyar bhi nahin ho…" Dilip said with a sense of urgency

Suryabhan also walked in, 'Kripa beta jaldi tayyar ho…."

"Yeh do shaadiyan hain kiski?" Kripa asked innocently

"Mere dono beton ki…." Dilip said proudly

Kripa looked surprisingly at Angad, "Angad…..jail mein hi koyi dhoond li kya?"

"Dhoond tho bahut pehley hi li thi, par ab shaadi ke jail mein hamesha ke liye qaid hone jaa raha hoon…" Angad put his arm around Kripa.

Kripa understood and lowered her eyes, "lekin inn kapdon mein?"

"Bhabhi…aap apney kamrey mein tho jaaiye….saare sawaalon ka jawaab mil jaayega…" Prithvi said

"Aur Prithvi….tum kis sey shaadi kar rahey ho?"

"Kyon bhabhi…jealosy ho rahi hai?" Prithvi winked at Angad and they gave each other a high five.

"wo surprise hai…." Prithvi said and ran upstairs to get ready himself.

Kripa handed Prateek to Suryabhan and went upstairs to Angad's room. The room was beautifully decorated for a newly wedded couple with flowers and garlands, "Angad…yeh pehley se plan kiya tha sab? Yadi main shaadi se inkaar kar deti tho?"

Angad locked the door and came close to Kripa. He circled his arms around her waist and looked into her eyes, "tho tumhey tab tak nahin chhodta jab tak tum haan nahin kehti…."

"Tho haan ke baad chhod do gey kya?" she whispered

"Haan ke baad aur zor se pakad loonga…" Angad squeezed her petite frame into his arms and kissed her lips passionately, "tho bolo…haan ki naa…."

Kripa smiled mischievously, "jab dono taraf se pakad mein aa gayi hoon….tho kya farak padhta hai?"

They hugged each other and kissed again, 'Oh Kripa, I missed you so much….."

"Me too…" she kissed him back

They heard the shahnai music playing louder in the backyard, "Angad…lagta hai shaadi karni hi padhegi…"

"Hmm….shaadi ke kuch benefits tho hain…" Angad contemplated

"Jaise?"

"Jaise….suhaag raat…phir honeymoon….phir aur bachche….phir…"

Kripa placed her hand on his lips, "bas yahin ruk jao…kahin poori cricket team na khadi kar do….."

She freed herself from his hold and took the beautiful lehnga and jewelry on the bed chosen by Prithvi and Dilip, "main bathroom mein change karney jaati hoon…tum bhi tayyar ho jao…"

"Main bhi aata hoon tumharey saath…"

"No way!….ab baaki…shaadi ke baad…" Kripa locked the bathroom door and went to change into her bride's costume.

THE WEDDINGS:

Kripa looked ethereal in her peach colored lehnga and matching jewelry. Angad wore a cream colored sherwaani and looked like a prince

Prithvi wore a blue sherwaani and his bride, Mishti wore a red lehnga. Kripa was startled to see Mishti.

"Angad…Mishti?" Kripa whispered when they were seated in the mandap, waiting for the priest to start his rituals.

"Haan….Mishti….uski wajah sey hi main jail se bahar aa saka hoon….aur ab wo maa bhi ban ney waali hai…"

Kripa was shocked, "kya kaha? maa?"

"Hmm…Prithvi ke bachche ki…." Angad whispered softly

"Lekin…"

"wo shayad tumsey darta tha!" Angad joked

Kripa gave him an angry stare, "KYA MATLAB?" she whispered loud enough for all the people seated around them to overhear.

"Shh…shhh…zyaada baat mat karo…warna panditji sochengey kisi aur seedhi saadhi ladki ko baitha dete hain…." Angad put his finger on his lips and gestured.

The weddings were over after all the rituals and ceremonies were performed. Dilip had invited some of his ex colleagues and other friends for the celebration. Kripa and Angad took blessings from both Suryabhan and Dilip after the ceremonies were over. The guests were served a variety of dishes and praised the two couples.

Kripa finally went to Mishti and Prithvi, "mubarak ho aap dono ko….aapki zindagi mein ab aur khushi bhi aaney waali hai…"

Prithvi nodded, "Thanks bhabhi….ab Prateek ko ek chota bhai ye bahen ki kami nahin hogi…."

"mujhey bhi chachi bulaane wala koyi hoga ab.."

Kripa and Prithvi did not say anything else, but they both understood what she meant…..Kripa was never meant to be the mother of Prithvi's child…..just a chachi.

Mishti finally spoke, "Kripa….main bahut lucky hoon mujhey Prithvi jaisa pati mila hai…..shayad issi liye bhagwan ney hum sab ko pehley Mt Abu mein milwaaya tha.."

Kripa was surprised at Mishti's accent, 'Mishti…wo bambaiya bhasha…"

"Mere saath itney din rahi hai na….sab bhool gayi hai…" Prithvi smiled and put his arm around Mishti

"ae…ae aisi baat nahin baba….mein chahti tho ab bhi waise bolti…par tere high society waale tujhey nikaal dengey…." Mishti laughed and spoke in her tapori accent. Kripa and Prithvi also joined in the laughter.

Angad caught up with the jovial trio, 'hmm…kya baat hai…bahut hansi mazaak ho raha hai…ab kya mujhey permission milegi ki main apni legally wedded wife ko thodi der borrow kar sakoon?…"

"zaroor…zaroor….i would not mind at all.." Prithvi walked away with Mishti to another corner, needing some privacy himself

"Tho Kripa….suhaag raat yahin garden mein manaa ni hai kya?" Angad asked impatiently

"Abhi nahin Angad….abhi Prateek ka feed ka time hai…..thodi der mein…OK"

Kripa walked away and took Prateek from suryabhan's arms

"Beti…aaj Prateek mere saath reh lega…."

"Par papa…aaj tak wo mere bina nahin raha hai…"

Angad came from behind, "Prateek ko hum hi rakhengey papa…..aakhir ab tho aadat banaani hi padhegi…," he winked at Kripa

Kripa pinched Angad's waist and whispered, 'kuch bhi bol dete ho….sharam nahin aati…"

"tum sey hi seekha hoon besharam hona tho…" Angad said mischievously and took Prateek into his arms.

SUHAAG RAAT:

After Kripa had put Prateek to sleep in his crib, she went and sat on the bed like a coy bride. She sat with her head lowered and her ghoonghat covering her head and face.

Angad entered the room softly, not wanting to wake Prateek up. He looked around everywhere, as if looking for something. He finally came and sat next to Kripa. Kripa stayed quiet in her ghoonghat, but was getting impatient. Angad then finally lifted her ghoonghat and peeked inside, "Naa…this is not my girl!"

Kripa was furious. She was getting claustrophobic in the ghoonghat as it is, and Angad was in mood to joke around. She threw her ghoonghat away from her head, "kya kaha? Not my girl…tho kaun hai tumhari girl?"

"My girl cannot stay quiet for such a long time….tum tho itni der se chup baithi thi…"

Kripa blushed, "kyon? Nayee dulhan ko sharam nahin aa sakti kya?"

"Aa sakti hai…par ek aur baat hai…my girl doesnot wear so many accessories on her…she does not need all this…," he said softly as he toucjed her heavy earings and nose ring.

"Main dikhata hoon tumhey…..meri patni kaisi honi chahiye….," he kissed her forehead and removed the teeka fron her forehead. He then kissed her nose and gently unscrewed her nose ring. Kripa closed her eyes, as her heart was beating fast now. Sweat beads were covering her forehead.

Angad then kissed behind her ears and then her ear lobs. He removed her earrings.

He moved down to her neck and then put his hand behind her neck to unsnap the heavy necklace and kissed behind her neck. Kripa moaned in pleasure and rested her head on the pillow.

He kissed her arms and removed one bangle at a time, kissing her arms as he did that. She was still wearing the bracelets, he had gifted her during the karva chauth.
He moved down to her feet and removed her payal. Kripa could not take it anymore, "Angad…..please bas karo…"

He moved up to her hair and removed the hairpins one by one, till her natural hair was loose and spread around her face. He kissed her face…then her lips. Kripa circled her arms around his neck and they were both locked into a sacred union once more, this time as husband and wife………

Kripa woke up in the middle of the night to check on Prateek. He was fast asleep in his new home with a smile on his face. Kripa found herself entangled with Angad's body inside the sheets. She rested her head on Angad's chest, "Angad…so gaye kya?"

"Nahin….kuch soch raha tha…" Angad put his arm around her.

"Kya?" she asked

"yahi ki jab main pehli baar tumsey baggage claim par milaa tha…tum mujhey itni naazuk si, delicate si ladki lagi thi, jisey har kadam par shayad saharey ki zaroorat ho…..par ab jab tum ko jaanta hoon…tho pata chala ki tum kitni mazboot ho…kitni strong ho….kitni sahan shakti hai tum mein…...very different from my first impression about you…..no wonder they say don't judge a book by it's cover!" he kissed her again, as their bodies disappeared into the sheets one more time….

And this time they didn't need to hide from anyone, except maybe Prateek! LOL

Mishti was a suprising choice for Prithvi though!

nice ending.... but i dint expect kripa itni jaldi maan jayegi.... i thought angad will be tortured a little more.. LOL

my thoughts exactly now i finally realised the significance of the name LOL splendid ending though how u transformed prithvi was incredible but great loved it
