Give the students
1. a period daily to just talk.
2. a period daily to just play
3. no homework
4. incentives like IF does to attract addicts
5. reward for attendance
6. trips into vitual reality
7. no exams
8. assignements to complete at their own pace but with
a carrot
9. sufficient time for talent discovery
10. Give them opportunity to shoot their own serials
BTW this is what my students came up with!
