Episode starts with the Court scene – Charges of attempt to rape Ms.Adithi Vs Raou Garg. Gunn is the lawyer for Adithi. Saasha has flash backs of Sambhav pleading innocence and Chavvi's false testimony. Gunn is going great guns as a prosecution lawyer. Another girl Lekha testifies against Raou and his character in Switzerland.
Parvathi teases Saasha. The Garg's, their lawyer, Aaryan and Parth have a discussion on the strategy. Aaryan suggests that they kidnap Adithi's mom and pressurise her.
Adithi's mom gets kidnapped according to the plan. Saasha threatens Adithi and she plans to withdraw her case. But Krishna rescues Adithi's mom.
Neil is called in as a witness(??) to empathise with another victim(Adithi) and in the exchange of heated arguments, she confesses that she wanted Sambhav to be punished personally and the rape case was framed.
Raou is sentenced for 4 years. The judge orders for sambhav's case to be re-opened and Neil can't leave the jurisdiction of the court until sambhav's case is re-examined. Saasha is on the verge of tears and still very very cute looking!! But ultimately challenges Parvathi again.
