Plz go thru the rules and regulations of participating in the contest...it written that only Indian citizens who are minors, ie, only ppl below 18 yrs of age can enter the contest. Also u hvta collect the form from one of the Lilliput stores n i think u hvta buy stuff too..but i'm not sure abt this one.
