Weak Characters In Shows...

Hey Guys! Have you ever noticed that the popular shows of DC all have a character that's kinda dum. That's So Raven has Chelsea[Annelisa], Cory in the House has Newt[Jason Dolley], The Suite Life of Zack and Cody has london[Brenda Song] and we also have that fisherman[Don't know his name], and hannah montana has Oliver[Mitchell Musso]. Has anyone ever noticed that?
