Hi.

Popcorn is a good healthy snack with only 30 calories per cup.

But adding extra things to it can change the calories you are eating....

So eat healthy and smart.. 😳

yeah.instead of chips n stuff,one shud try hand on popcorn as in comparison to other junk stuff,its more healtly,less harmfull-less calorie one.

n the best thing thinkg is that it contains a very less amount of oil.

i heard popcorn contains loads of calories 😕

and am sure only a few eat jus plain popcorn w/o adding other ingredients to them 😳

Butter, salt, etc etc are always added. Nevertheless, popcorn is better than otehr junk!
