i guess everyone knows the value of exs but not everyone is disciplined to be consistent. Sadly I am one of them. Just plain bloody lazy! Cry

People who are not regular at exercise..
One way to maintain your current weight would be to
1. drink hot water ( atleast 8 cups a day..).
2. Try drinking hot water with a spoon of lime juice and a spoon of honey every morning at empty stomach.

Both the above tips are very very useful (I have been doing this for so many years with excellent results..)

Really..!! ???...wats the secret with these concocts?? Why hot water? to melt  fat away in a jif.!!LOL LOL

I am another silent culprit who needs help terribly from all angles..!!...CryCry .

Ratcha...more details pls....will taking lime juice in the mornings on an empty stomach lead to gastric problems...??Day Dreaming

I have gastric problem. Honey can lead to diabetes.
